EAST AMERICA (USA) disputes the UWO claim over the Buffalo Commons territory. This area covers parts of the former States of: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, eastern Idaho, eastern Utah, the northeast corner of Arizona, western North Dakota, the most north western tip of Minnesota, western South Dakota, western Nebraska, the western third of Kansas, and the Oklahoma panhandle. These are territories believed de-populating during the early 21st Century after falling victim to the Heartland Freestates uprising of the mid-21st Century and then abandoned during the Eco-Crisis.
