Term for a group of pirates on Mars who have been attacking New Soviet Mars operations and stealing supplies.   Believed to be a group of New Soviet deserters.

ZULU

Military term for time based on Greenwich Mean or Universal Time.   Also known as Universal.   Consistent with this reference local time would be referred to as LIMA.   The proposed METRIC TIME system would eliminate the need for ZULU and LIMA time references.
