MacMANUS and MAGELLAN both face tragedy as they chase the re-occurring thorn in their side to a space anomaly which appears to exist in only two dimensions but in fact has only width, length and time. They follow their target inside and back in time where they end up in a race against time to stop their target from changing the past.
