Leaving PEOUL behind in the RAEB Interface group of INDEPENDENCE, MacMANUS, MAGELLAN, KATYA, DEYOTO, MEL and TZU arrive at STARBASE RIJL where they learn that Command has been spending the last 15 days monitoring the situation which rapidly goes from bad to worse as they not only confirm what CHEROK is doing but learn the scope of the action and discover that he’s accelerated the timetable. Now there is only one ship that can intercept them in time but RIJL has finished building it yet.
