Half way to ROSS 619 for the freedom ceremonies the SIRE PRET NEY stops at the New NEW YORK Colony which boasts the only existing representation of Manhattan, it is here that the rule that forbids MAGELLAN and TZU from ever going anywhere alone again is created when both of them disappear at the base of the new STATUE OF LIBERTY sending MacMANUS on a colony wide hunt while the clock ticks down fore Sire Pret Ney to move on.
